15-year tenure at AstraZeneca, held various commercial positions across primary care and specialty care in Taiwan, Asia Area’s regional office in Singapore, and global oncology business unit based in Cambridge.

Vita has a strong track record of success in leading teams to deliver stand-out business performances and solve complex problems across numerous therapeutic areas including primary care, oncology, rare diseases, and vaccine. In her recent global position, she had led the product team to ensure the deliveries in clinical trials, manufactory, regulatory, commercial, and access across the world. In 2020, she led the AZ Taiwan team to get lung cancer and ovarian cancer drug reimbursement. In 2017, Vita was leading the Taiwan team to collaborate with government to manage counterfeit crisis and ensure no patients were impacted. Throughout her career in AZ, she has launched numerous products and managed several product life cycle post loss-of-exclusivity. She also many experiences in mergers and co-promotion with other pharmaceutical companies.

Vita also has a strong scientific background holding both a BSc in Biotechnology and a PhD in Biomedical Science from the University of Auckland.
