The Center for Asia-Pacific Resilience and Innovation (CAPRI) invited Dr. Thomas Fingar, former Deputy Director of National Intelligence for Analysis and Chairman of the U.S. National Intelligence Council (2005–2008), at National Chengchi University (NCCU) to present a talk on the role of national intelligence in policymaking.
