Dr Khor Swee Kheng is a Malaysian physician specializing in health systems and global health, based between Hong Kong and Malaysia. Currently, he is CEO of Angsana Health (digital-first health plans for SMEs and the gig economy in Southeast Asia) and Honorary Assistant Professor in Hong Kong University. He has a 20-year career based in Kuala Lumpur, Singapore, Dubai, Shanghai, Paris, Oxford and Hong Kong, covering >90 countries in Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Previous organizations include the Malaysian Health Ministry, Abbott Labs, AbbVie, Chatham House, United Nations University, the National University of Singapore, the Malaysian Health Coalition and healthcare advisory councils to ministers. He has three postgraduate degrees (internal medicine from the Royal College of Physicians UK, public health from Berkeley and public policy from Oxford), and >210 publications in international academic journals, media and think-tanks.
