Ms. Lynette Ng joined Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Co. Ltd. (TSMC) in August 2022 and currently serves as the Director of HR Strategic Planning & Transformation Division, where she is responsible for global talent strategy and international HR. Her responsibility spans across International HR Business Partnership, Global Mobility, and Digital Transformation.

Ms. Ng also serves on the Board of GoTo Group and has 30 years of diverse human resources experience in various multinational companies. Before joining TSMC, Ms. Ng was the Group Head of Total Rewards at GoTo Group. Earlier in her career, Ms. Ng was the VP Head of Talent Management and HR at Sanofi Group, a French HQ multinational pharmaceutical company. She was also the Regional Compensation & Benefits Director at eBay Inc, and held various leadership roles at GlaxoSmithKline, a research-based global pharmaceuticals company.

Ms. Ng, a native of Singapore, is passionate embracing technology and operate agilely to deliver impactful outcomes. She believes in driving HR as an integrated, holistic function that impacts businesses and their talent from all angles.

Ms. Ng holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Management from the University of Bradford, UK.
