亞太堅韌研究基金會（亞堅會，CAPRI）的董事成員是由全球企業界領袖與政策研究專家所組成，為亞堅會的研究、發展與治理提供專業的督導。亞堅會另設有國際顧問委員會，為董事成員提供建言。該委員會成員由國際專家學者組成，成員的專業背景橫跨公共政策治理、公共衛生、永續發展及非營利組織經營等各項亞堅會研究發展領域。
