職缺簡介

We are looking for a Senior Director of Research to advise on and design CAPRI’s interdisciplinary research strategy. As a creative force behind CAPRI’s research agenda, the Senior Director of Research works closely with CAPRI’s research, communications, and operations staff to advise on CAPRI’s long-term strategy, build CAPRI’s network of experts and researchers, and identify and cultivate partnerships and joint research opportunities with new partners in the Asia Pacific and beyond. This Senior Director will also identify or develop metrics for comprehensively measuring the impact of CAPRI’s research as well as represent CAPRI at external academic, research, and policy events.

必要條件

Scholar in a field relevant to CAPRI’s areas of focus, preferably with experience in interdisciplinary and applied policy research, with excellent research skills.
At least 5 years of experience in leading teams in policy or academic research on the Asia Pacific
Ability to work within a flat, start-up organizational structure
Outstanding writing and speaking skills in English
A creative approach to research, collaboration, and solutions for public policy

加分條件

Experience in organizing collaboration in think tanks, academic institutions, or research organizations
Communication skills in Chinese or another Asian language

工作地點

Primarily in Taipei.
