Michael Wills 為美國智庫國家亞洲研究局 (NBR) 的會長。他的研究專長涵蓋地緣政治、國際安全和亞洲國際關係。

在加入 NBR 前，Wills 先生曾在金邊的柬埔寨發展資源研究所服務，在此之前，則任職於倫敦的國際政治與安全風險管理公司 Control Risks Group。他擁有牛津大學中國研究 (榮譽) 學士學位。
