Henry Ho

Chairman, Tung Ho Steel

Henry Ho is the chairman of Tung Ho Steel Enterprise Corporation and vice chairperson of the Chinese National Federation of Industries.

He started working as an analyst at McKinsey & Company in 1995. In 1997, he joined Tung Ho Steel, where he held various core positions, gaining deep knowledge of corporate management and business development. He was appointed president in 2009 and chairman in 2014. Besides upholding high quality construction steel production to ensure building safety, he strived for Tung Ho’s operations to be the most energy efficient and environmentally friendly in the world. In recent years, he has pushed the group to further expand into environmental businesses, including renewable energy and industrial and medical waste treatment.

He graduated from Harvard College with a degree in economics in 1995.
